A bit about me:

Who is coach kennett?

When I was younger, I always felt a little chubby. I always loved sports (just ask my Mum) and being active, but was never as talented as my friends.

In what started with losing fat and progressed to improving sports performance, I began training more, as well as doing a ton of research in an attempt to improve my footy abilities to compete with my more talented friends.

Over the years, I realised I knew a fair bit and enjoyed learning, so I decided to study further in this area. I completed a Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science and then my Certificate 3&4 in Fitness to be qualified to coach.

I have played many sports and had some strong achievements, including semi-professional football, winning premierships, placed top 10 in my first ever Half Ironman, played representative cricket and captained a team to a state championship in touch football, to name a few. I maintain a strong social life too. This isn’t me flexing on you. It shows I can understand the pressures of balancing the social world, work, study and sport. It also shows I can relate to anyone coming through my doors.

I genuinely love helping athletes become not only better athletes, but more importantly better people. Through training, detailed nutritional guidance, developing healthy habits and routines, deep psychology work and more, I educate them as they go so that one day I am not as needed and they may continue with less assistance.

Seeing people progress and actualise their potential to improve their lives and realise their dreams is my favourite part of it all. I will find the answers to your questions and be in your corner every step of the way.
